Member Registration Forms, and Surveys
Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (IE: name, email)
All information gathered from the registration form, survey forms and membership renewal form is used solely for Association of Otolaryngology Administrators communication purposes.

AOA members who provide us with an email address may be added to the AOA email list or certain other private lists. The AOA email list is only for important association communications, such as email broadcasts. You will not receive third-party advertising or promotional material on this list.

AOA does not sell or distribute your email address to third parties, such as outside commercial, charitable, or professional organizations, under any circumstances. You can remove your email address from our files at any time by entering member profile and deleting or changing your email address.

Public Forums
This site makes forums available to AOA members. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information. Be aware, however, that the AOA does not screen these communications in advance.

Considering the real-time nature of the discussion forum, it is impossible for us to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the contents of posted messages and are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of the Association of Otolaryngology Administrators. Any message that a user feels is objectionable is encouraged to contact by email immediately.
