AAO-HNSF & AOA Business of Medicine: Strategies to Improve the Financial Health of Your Practice

Date: Saturday, September 25, 2010
Time: 1:00 pm-5:00 pm

During these changing times, running an efficient otolaryngology practice is even more challenging. The goal of this meeting is to provide insight on the building blocks you need for a more financially successful practice. Topics will include:

· Diagnosing and Improving the Financial Health of Your Practice

· Maximizing Revenue through Your Appointment Scheduling

· Time and Money: How to Hire the Right People and Turn a Cost Center into Revenue Center

· Merging Practices: Strategies, Models, and Pitfalls to Avoid

Who should attend? Physician and administrative practice leaders from small to large size practices.

Why do an add-on meeting? In a recent AAO-HNS survey, otolaryngologists requested more educational opportunities around the annual meeting that are dedicated specifically to the business of medicine. As a result, the AAO-HNSF and the Association of Otolaryngology Administrators (AOA) have developed a program that will provide focus on the business aspects of managing a practice.

Mark the date and plan to attend this important meeting. Additional details will be forthcoming soon. For more information, please send your name and email address to Robin Wagner at rwagner@cmemanage.com or Brenda Hargett at bhargett@entnet.org.
